Scheduled inspection and preventive maintenance for production sites, with thermal imaging of electrical panels, insulation testing, vibration checks on motors and a written report after each visit.

Every repaired unit is tested on our bench before return, and a test protocol is supplied with it.

How we work
We repair units in our workshop or on site at depots and terminals, and can supply replacement units from our stock while yours is being repaired, to keep downtime low.

Non-specialised wholesale for our service clients and installers.
Alongside our own products, we supply cables, circuit breakers, lighting, tools and consumables wholesale, so maintenance teams can order parts and the service in one place.
Wholesale accounts are available to installers, maintenance departments and contractors, with monthly invoicing and delivery across Dnipro.

Privacy Policy

TIRADON-SERVIS LLC ("Tiradon-Servis", "we") repairs electrical equipment, machinery and transport equipment, manufactures wiring devices and trades wholesale. Our customers are mainly businesses, so most of the personal data we hold belongs to employees of those businesses. This policy explains how we handle it under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Data we collect
- Customer contacts: names, positions, phone numbers and emails of the people who order work or receive goods.
- Site access data: for on-site work at plants, depots and terminals, the names and qualification certificates of our technicians, which we provide to the customer for permits, and the names of customer staff who issue work permits.
- Job records: equipment details, diagnostic results, test protocols and acceptance certificates, which may include the names and signatures of people involved.
- Order data: delivery addresses, invoices and payment records.
3. Equipment that stores data
Some control panels and equipment we repair contain controllers with stored settings or logs. We access them only to the extent needed for diagnosis and repair, do not copy data unrelated to the fault, and return the equipment with its stored configuration intact unless you ask us to reset it.
4. Purposes and grounds
- Performing repair, maintenance, production and supply contracts (contract).
- Meeting occupational safety and electrical safety requirements on customer sites (legal obligation).
- Documenting test results for warranty and safety purposes (legitimate interest).
- Tax and accounting (legal obligation).
5. Recipients
Customers' safety departments (for permits), equipment manufacturers for warranty matters, carriers for deliveries, tax authorities and our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
- Test protocols and job records: warranty period plus 5 years.
- Technician qualification records shared for permits: for the duration of the contract.
- Accounting records: as required by law.
- Requests without an order: 12 months.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
